For a showing of her most recent offerings, Reenie Kennedy's work will be on display at The Olaf Wieghorst Musem in El Cajon, California for The Woman Artists of the West "WAOWing the Golden State" Exhibit from June 4 - July 12th, 2010.
A variety of her paintings will soon be published in "Best of America, Water Media, Vol II." The book will be out in July 2010.
In March 2010, she was also awarded a Commendation Award for "Cactus Wren" in the Ambience Art Contest 2010, a yearly competition held in Australia.
Reenie's work was promanently freatured in the Summer Edition of The American Artist Watercolor Magazine. as the Cover Artist. Her work was also honored as a finalist in the Summer Edition of 2008, all pictured above, in addition to Studio Visit as a featured artist.
Reenie's painting "Cactus Wren" was juried into the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society "Best of America Exhibit 2009." The painting was included in the exhibit tour from September 11th through November 17th of 2009 and was sold to a very promanent buyer and collector for their permanent collection.
The goal here is to offer affordable, creative artwork -- something for everyone. These beautifully hand-painted works of art are painstakingly created to provide years of enjoyment.

AWARDS and RECOGNITION
Reenie is an inductee into the International Guild of Realism, a prestigious group of artists working in both traditional and contemporary media whose work embodies the best qualities of today's realism. Through museum exibitions, art gallery shows, workshops and educational programs, they work for the advancement of realism in fine art. She is also a member of The National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society and WAOW, The Women Artists of the West.
